What do you ship?
All products are shippable.
When do you ship?
Stock items ship within 2-4 days of order confirmation. Stock items that get decorated ship within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. Custom cut/sew or sublimated products ship within 3-5 weeks from order confirm depending on the time of the year.
Where do you ship?
We only ship within the Continental United States. Currently we do not offer overseas shipping.
How do you ship?
Shipping is via Fed Ex, or USPS.
What are your shipping rates to ship?
Rates are based on Fed Ex, or USPS.
How to track an order that's been shipped?
Customer is sent tracking via email address provided.
Is Will Call an option?
Yes, please contact us to confirm a time and location. We are based in Hermosa Beach, CA.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENT INFORMATION
What can be returned?
All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased and it does not have custom decoration on it. (i.e. Name or Number on the back). Anything Custom Made or Decorated cannot be returned. For swimwear, size exchanges for stock suits if returned in new, unused condition (tags and liner attached) within 14 days of shipping may be allowed; email email@example.com for a RA Number.
When do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be received no later than 20 days after purchase date.
How do customers return items?
Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Shipping for returns?
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
Credit for returns?
Your credit card will be refunded once the item is inspected and received LESS our 15% restock fee.
Product Packing Materials?
The product’s packing material must be in same condition as when received.
