My name is Albert Hannemann. I’m the owner of the National Volleyball League and 18 year veteran on the AVP Pro Beach Tour. I also own the NVL Academy volleyball school in Port St Lucie, Florida.

I thought I would give you some history about Smack Sportswear and Bill Sigler.

I was fortunate enough to have Bill and Smack sponsor me from my early days on tour and I have seen the company grow and outfit thousands of players both indoor and beach. Bill has more first hand knowledge than anyone in the industry and understands the importance of service.

With my club in Florida, Bill has outfitted us for 5 years and we always look the best! Countless times we are asked from other clubs at tournaments how our sublimated uniforms look so good. The ability to custom design our uniforms has really helped me personally grow our club and catches the eyes of players and parents. I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I have been with Smack for 6 years.  I consider myself the first Smack Club once Bill took it back over.  Smack has outfitted our 24 teams, my NVA Men’s pro team, my USAV Adult National team, all of our camps/clinics and has partnered with me for our Presidents Day Smackfest and Smack Power League.

Their products are very good.  Bill and his staff work diligently to make sure we have everything we need.  I know the price point is good:) compared to the “big” names and you don’t feel like a “little guy” with Smack the way the bigger brands make you feel.

My name is John Speraw. I’m the UCLA Men’s Volleyball Coach and US Men’s National Team Coach. I’m writing you on behalf of Bill Sigler and Smack Sportswear. 

When I became the head coach at UC Irvine, I chose to work Smack to outfit my team. During our many years with Smack, their service and product were exceptional. We were able to fully customize anything, their turnaround was fast, and their products were always the highest quality. But what I enjoyed most about our relationship is their integrity. If Bill told me he would do something, he did it. I never had to worry about back orders, replacements, lack of follow up or follow thru, nor any of the time consuming issues the uniform side sometimes takes. 

I’m only writing today because Bill asked for a recommendation. After all these years, I still am deeply grateful for what Bill and Smack did for me as a young coach and our young program. When we won our first DI NCAA Championship we were wearing Smack. I’ve never forgotten that.
